The 3 Components of hairgrowth:
Biotin
-Biotin is vital to cell proliferation, which is why it is a valuable tool in hair growth. When ingested, biotin reacts with cell enzymes and plays a vital part in producing amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. Hair itself consists of keratin, which is a form of protein. Therefore, consuming foods that contain biotin helps to contribute to hair growth.
Saw Palmetto
-The conversion of the hormone testosterone to dihydrotestosterone by the enzyme 5 alpha reductase is a known factor in AGA, states an article in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine in April 2002. The article also discusses the use of saw palmetto in blocking the action of 5 alpha reductase, thereby preventing the formation of dihydrotestosterone and the subsequent hair loss. The researchers found that extracts of saw palmetto were effective in inhibiting hair loss,
High Protien Diet
-The body uses protein to make keratin, a major component of the hair strand. Protein also contributes to the formation of blood cells, which carry oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.
What I basically did was use these 3 things synergistically so my hair had no choice but to grow, in a bout a week or two I noticed a difference, and in a month my hairline had completely grown back. Any of these things alone probably wouldn't have done the trick, but its the fact that this method attacks the problem from all angles that increases its effectiveness.
Daily Dosage:
Biotin: 10,000 mcg
Saw Palmetto: 700 mg
Protein: about 150 g's per day
This is all I did.. Consistently for a month I'll do another post with pics
